The 1986 World Cup Finals were originally set for Columbia which after various reasons moved to Mexico for a second time in 16 years. The tournament didn’t let itself down with Argentina becoming the overall winners defeating a defiant West Germany who again made it to the final. The tournament was known for the infamous ‘Hand Of God’ goal that was not seen by the referee. Maradona scored 2 goals in Argentina’s 2-1 defeat of England in the quarter finals.
